We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Shipping Time and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Deliveries typically take 5-7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Express Shipping: Available for select locations, with delivery in 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
- Free Shipping: Orders above INR 2000 qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Delivery Attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, they may leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package or schedule a redelivery.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team at Contact@kashyapa.co.in.
Changes and Cancellations
- Order Changes: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at Contact@kashyapa.co.in. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may have already been processed.
