What is JAYNA BROTHERS Exchange Policy?
Our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" allows for easy exchange for:

1. Products that you received in the "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.

2. Products not as per description/photo on the website or even you don't like the product Quality

- 4. Please include your order number and reason for exchange.
- 5. We will accept exchange within 2 days after delivered product. and once we will get the product return back then we will initiate exchange within 2 working days.
Can I return my order?
~ Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or refunds.
~ But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 2 days of delivery of order.
- Wrong products delivered
- Missing products in the order
- Damaged products delivered
~Once a replacement request is processed, a new order ID will be generated which will be visible in the order history page.
How to Exchange an order?
1. " JAYNA BROTHERS has to Handle Return courier process by JAYNA BROTHERS it Self through COURIER COMPANY"
2. If Customer Wants an Exchange.
( Send exchange request to us on the given gmail id or contact numbers ) & Return Courier Charges will be payable by JAYNA BROTHERS.
Important Note :
The customer should exchange a courier within 2 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the exchange request.
Note :
- Once you Receive parcel then after please take a video of parcel while opening it and attach the video while requesting for exchange.
- In case of any defect that is visible in video will exchange opening video is mandatory for any claim.
- Without video no claim will be done.
